My in-depth knowledge in sizing and applying vacuum pumps began with 10 years experience at Travaini Pumps.It was in customer service where I learned and developed the ability to listen, understand the customer’s needs, and offer solutions that met their expectations.From there I was promoted to application engineering where my most valuable knowledge and experience was gained jointly between the theories that I learned in college, and the hands-on experience offered in the real world, sizing and applying vacuum pumps.Finally, after being promoted to product manager of the liquid ring and rotary vane systems product group, I was responsible for maintaining a multi-million dollar sales budget, as well as increasing profits and product presence in various markets.
